An Analysis of Gender, Race, and Salary Among Tenure-track Faculty at the Georgia Institute of Technology

In 2016 I requested salary data from Georgia Tech under the Georgia Open Records act. I analyzed the data for disparities in gender and race.  Bottom line: Georgia Tech is doing pretty good in gender equity (as of 2016).
